Ryan Morreau, a lifelong resident of Paducah, married to Sarah and father of Annie and Owen, is a construction management professional whose expertise is built on a unique foundation of hands-on craftsmanship and two decades of executive leadership. As the founder of Morreau Construction Management, he offers his clients a partnership defined by integrity, a deep knowledge of the craft, and a proven history of operational excellence.
Ryan’s journey in construction began in his childhood, working with his family on challenging home rehabs and additions, some of which should have been complete demos. This early, practical experience instilled in him a fundamental understanding of quality building that has guided him ever since. Before dedicating himself to construction full-time, Ryan spent 19 years as the Director of Operations for Morreau Restaurants and Morreau Properties. In this role, he was responsible for all operations of a successful restaurant The Parlor in Lone Oak and the management of six commercial properties, honing his skills in leadership, budget oversight, and client relations.
This powerful combination of experience—knowing what it takes to swing a hammer and what it takes to manage a balance sheet—sets him apart. Since 2021 He has successfully managed the construction of 25 custom homes, guiding each project with a commitment to transparency and quality.
